Creatine isn’t just for the gym. Not even close.
It’s one of four supplements we recommend to every Victory patient, no matter their age, gender, or fitness level. And the reason might surprise you.
Most people know it supports muscle recovery. What they don’t know is that creatine is being studied for its role in brain health, memory, and cognitive function.
Not working out? Take it anyway. One scoop. Any drink. Every day.
This is what using supplements intentionally looks like.
Not based on trends. Based on research.

Is HCG actually necessary with testosterone therapy?
A lot of men are told it is.
But that is not always the case.
HCG has specific use cases. It can help with testicular atrophy and may play a role in supporting fertility in certain situations.
Outside of that, it is not something every patient automatically needs.
The important part is understanding why something is being prescribed in the first place.
If you are on TRT, do you know the reason behind everything in your protocol?

A lot of men hear the same thing after labs.
“You’re in the normal range.”
And that’s supposed to mean everything is fine.
But “normal” is a wide range. It includes people who feel great… and people who feel off every single day.
Low energy.Poor sleep.Brain fog.
If something does not feel right, it is worth asking deeper questions.
Because the goal is not to be average.
It is to feel like yourself again.

A lot of men get told the same thing after bloodwork.
“You’re in the normal range.”
And that’s where the conversation stops.
But what most people do not realize is that “normal” is a wide range. It includes men who feel great… and men who feel exhausted, foggy, and off.
That is why context matters.
At Victory, we look deeper than a single number. We look at how your levels relate to how you actually feel, perform, and recover.
Because the goal is not to be average. The goal is to feel like yourself again.
If something feels off, even if your labs say otherwise, it is worth a closer look.
