He teaches and consults internationally, for organizations such as ICPA and GOLD, on various topics related to infant chiropractic and pregnancy care . Dr. Dorough excels in patient communication and case management which allows for optimum results and patient satisfaction. Furthermore, he offers the latest in treatment protocols that are specific and customized to adult, pediatric, and maternal health conditions. Dr. Dorough's office is unique because he utilizes treatment methods that do not involve twisting, popping or cracking.

1. 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗔 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 - Dr. Dorough prefers to make a path down the middle of the driveway, then work his way down each side.
2. 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 - Use each side of your body evenly so you avoid strain. This is when injuries can happen easily!
