Hello friends!

I know this page has seen it's fair share of changes in the last little bit. But I wanted to come and share a little bit more information with you all! :)

You will notice that my information on here will be mismatched for a little while. I've officially changed (even with my business registration) my business name to Breathe Somatic & Skin Co. However, FaceBook rules state that I can't change the name of my business page for at least 60 days (from sometime in the beginning of March).

Please be patient... as I transition everything over to my new business name! :)

My "grand re-opening" will be April 1, 2026. I will still be in my suite in O'Fallon, IL. My service menu will be changing a little bit... but I'm really excited to share it with you!

I'm so happy to say that I've completed Level II of my Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training!

It was such a wonderful time spent with wonderful people who are also learning this gentle yet powerful nervous-system work!

Very soon... I will be sharing information on booking a session so you can experience this work for yourself. There will be limited sessions available starting in April. But more information will be coming.
