Zhuzh-it with Brooke & Wildtree I help make eating easy through simple meal planning and meal prepping solutions! What the heck is zhuzh- it anyway?

Zhuzh is a word I made up to help my clients understand how to mix together their Wildtree culinary blends, sauces, and marinades with their protein for our ever-famous freezer meals! It's a cross between the word "zoo" and "smoosh?!" As I grow in my business, both professionally and personally, I've come to realize that zhuzh-ing may well just be a way of life...meaning it doens't matter how you

put it all together. It simply matters that you get all of your goodness spread all around. Whether that is when you're making freezer meals, being with your family, hanging with your friends, taking a walk, relaxing, or whatever it is you do...just zhuzh-it well and spread that good ALL.OVER.
