We’re excited to share how our new Activities Director kyriana crist has been bringing fresh energy and intention to our community! She has thoughtfully built a daily exercise program tailored specifically for both Memory Care and Assisted Living, ensuring every resident can participate safely and confidently.

Daily movement plays a powerful role in overall well-being helping improve strength, balance, circulation, mood, and cognitive function. For our memory care residents especially, consistent exercise can support routine, reduce anxiety, and encourage meaningful engagement.

From gentle stretching to guided movement and strength building activities, our residents are staying active, social, and supported every step of the way. We are so proud to see our community moving together and thriving! 💙
