Last Saturday we had the honor of hosting the 26th annual Martha's Vineyard Hospital Community Health Fair and the turnout was everything we hoped it would be. From complimentary lipid panels and blood pressure checks to chair yoga, informative presentations, police squad car tours for the kids, and live broadcasting from WMVY, the energy perfectly captured what this event is all about. Community showing up for community.
A heartfelt thank you to our 36 vendors and 14 hospital departments who gave their time, expertise, and enthusiasm to make this day possible. From the American Diabetes Association and Island Grown Initiative to MV Community Services, the Aquinnah Wampanoag Outreach Group, Swim Across America, and so many more, this fair reflects how deeply this island cares for its people.
Thank you to everyone who came out, got screened, asked questions, and spent a Saturday morning investing in your health. That is exactly why we do this every year. See you at the 27th annual Health Fair in 2027!

Honoring 1,210 years of service!
This week, Martha’s Vineyard Hospital and Windemere Nursing & Rehabilitation Center celebrated 101 incredible team members marking milestone anniversaries from 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 35, and 40 years. Because last year’s ceremony was postponed, we were proud to recognize both our 2024 and 2025 honorees together.
