Part-Time Outside Sales Representative – Home
Care, Inc. Home Care, Inc. is seeking a proven Part-Time Outside Sales Representative to build referral relationships and generate new business for our home care services throughout the Chicagoland area. This role requires daily, face-to-face visits with referral sources.
Location: DuPage County and Will County
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales plan to drive referrals and growth for Home Care, Inc.
* Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, assisted living, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, hospice providers, physicians, and community partners
* Conduct daily in-person sales visits and cold calling
* Represent Home Care, Inc. at community and networking events
* Track sales activity using CRM systems
Qualifications:
* Prior sales experience in the home care industry required
* Existing referral relationships strongly preferred
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable working independently and meeting sales goals
* CRM and basic computer proficiency
* Bachelor’s degree preferred

* Competitive pay based on experience and milage fee reimbursement
