*****BRAIN BREAK*****
I invite you to take a moment to be still, to press pause for a moment, and check in with yourself. Find a comfortable seated position (this could be in your office chair!), and begin to lengthen your inhales and exhales. Slowly, with control. Fill your belly up with air, and gently let it go. After a few rounds of breath, just sit. Listen to your thoughts without judgement, as if you are listening to your best friend talk from across the table. Let the thoughts come and go as they wish. When you are ready, slowly invite gentle movement into your body. Rolling your shoulders forward and back. Bring movement into your cervical spine, dropping your chin down, then up, left then right. And then gracefully renter the space in which you came from. (Fancy way of saying, open your eyes 😉)
It might feel uncomfortable at first, but I promise, you’ll feed great at the end!!!
