Anger is not the problem.
It is the message. π§
Most people suppress their anger.
Apologize for it. Feel ashamed of it.
But in psychiatry β anger is rarely
the root issue.
It is almost always pointing
to something much deeper. π
π€ Anger at others
A boundary has been crossed
that you have not yet voiced.
π€ Anger at yourself
You are not living up to
your own expectations.
π€ Sudden unexplained anger
Your body is exhausted and
emotionally overloaded.
π€ Chronic anger about everything
There may be underlying anxiety
or depression beneath the surface.
π€ Anger after feeling hurt
Pain that was never properly
processed or acknowledged.
π€ Anger that turns to tears
Your nervous system has simply
reached its limit.
Here is the truth π
Anger is not your enemy.
It is information.
And when you learn to ask β
"What is this anger actually about?"
Everything changes. π
If your emotions have been feeling
too heavy to manage alone β
professional support is available.
