Gavric Chiropractic wishes everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and reminds you to use proper lifting techniques when getting a heavy turkey out of the oven. To prevent low back pain and a pinched nerve try to bend at the knees and avoid reaching and bending at the waist to minimize stress on the low back and discs.
