Therapeutic InSight will be using a new electronic records system. Behind the scenes we are working hard to get electronic records transferred from Simple Practice and anticipate a full transition by March 1st. Clients who have Anthem, Carelon, Quartz, Network Health, medicaid, WPS, MHS, and CCHP.

Since Spring Health has merged with Alma, we will also be working to transition all clients on the Alma platform to the new platform. Clients who have an Optum (UHC, UMR) insurance carrier will be the first to be transitioned. Individuals who have Cigna and Aetna will remain on the Alma platform until we are individually in network with them.

Check back for updates along the way. We are looking forward to eliminating large companies like Alma and now Spring Health from our practice. Our mission is to remain a small, authentic private practice.

Total Medical Management has worked with us from the beginning and will be taking on the billing of our Alma clientele.

If you take medication for ADHD....this is a MUST read! If you notice that your medication looks different, record how you feel. Many do not attribute an increase in baseline symptoms to a change in manufacture. They may have the same active ingredient but may not have the same therapeutic benefits. Be wary of medications that are labeled BX.... which is what the FDA orders are manufacturer to add to the prescription labels when the manufacturer is unable to produce data to prove their product's effectiveness. As much courage as it takes, please make your prescribed aware. Each month when you pick up your medicine, take a picture of the bottle so that you keep a physical record of what you are taking. The label will have MFG in small print.
