Join us TONIGHT for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session led by Josh Johnson, a local veteran and paramedic, hosted by Exculta Health & Wellness at Oak Grove Chiropractic.

✨ Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support deep healing, no prior experience needed.

🛡Safe Surrender Program🛡

At Exculta Health & Wellness, we believe safety, dignity, and support matter most, especially during times of personal crisis. That’s why we’re proud to offer the Safe Surrender Program: a confidential, judgment-free option for veterans, first responders, and their families to temporarily surrender fi****ms during difficult moments.

🔒 What it is:
This program provides a secure and compassionate way to hand over fi****ms for short-term storage when someone is experiencing a mental health crisis or feels at risk. There’s no involvement from law enforcement unless the participant requests it, and no fear of legal repercussions for choosing safety first.

🤝 How it works:
• Schedule a private appointment at a neutral location.
• Trained staff will safely store the firearm off-site.
• Counseling and supportive care resources are available throughout the process.
• When you’re ready, your firearm can be returned with ease.

💛 Why it matters:
This is about reducing su***de risk, protecting loved ones, and giving individuals the space they need to find stability and healing, without shame, judgment, or fear.

This Christmas, our hearts are with the family of the fallen DSP officer who lost his life in the line of duty just 2️⃣ days before Christmas.

As you celebrate with your loved ones today, please pray for those still serving. Those who spend these precious holidays away from their families to protect yours. And finally, please pray for the Snook family. Today, a wife spends her holiday planning a funeral
for her husband, and a daughter grieves her father on her first Christmas without her daddy coming home.
