The universe is funny. We, along with like 385,000 other people in WA, lost power overnight. It's been out for over 14 hours with no estimates for when it'll be fixed. This may be a long one.
So, as I'm getting back to session work, we are either having to shift to phone sessions or rescheduling for however long the outage lasts.

This might just be an invitation to take the rest of the year off 🤣

I spent a bunch of days last week in the hospital again after unexpected complications that required additional surgeries. I’m home now and healing slowly...

Even in this recovery space, I feel a strong call to hold tomorrow night’s group transmission. It will be very gentle and spacious, guided in the way these sessions always are — through the field, through alignment, through the support of the Healing Guides I work with.

I’m slowly easing back into the office this week after two emergency surgeries and an unexpected allergic reaction to the surgical prep. It’s been a humbling journey of recovery — physically and energetically.

The allergic reaction is improving, though still healing. I have several follow-up appointments ahead, my energy is limited, and I’m taking this phase gently — listening to the body and honoring its pace.

This experience has been a reminder of something I often teach but recently had to embody even more deeply: healing is not linear, and gentleness is a strength.

Thank you for your patience, your messages of care, and the kindness that has met me along the way.
I’m returning — softly, steadily — and will be reconnecting with clients and the flow of my work throughout the week. ✨

🍁✨ One bright red leaf stopped me in my tracks yesterday.

I’ve always loved autumn — the crisp air, the scent of earth and woodsmoke, the quiet invitation to turn inward. Growing up on the East Coast, the landscape would explode with color — fiery reds, golds, and amber everywhere you looked. There’s less of that here, but the energy of fall still hums beneath the surface.

It’s a time of release and renewal, of letting go with grace. Nature reminds us that endings are sacred, too — and that beauty often peaks right before we surrender to change.
