Active Fitness and Physical Therapy

Active is a full service fitness and physical therapy facility that has helped the community Get Fit, Be Fit and Stay Fit. We pride ourselves in our (newly remodeled) facility and what it has to offer. Not only do we have a facility in oak Hill, we have a sister gym/physical therapy center in Hico. Our facility includes, but is not limited to free weights, exercise machines, group fitness, state of the art cardio... everything needed to keep our community strong. We also have a dry sauna, locker rooms facilities, childcare, Crossfit, physical and massage therapies, and Gymnastics powered by AFC. Looking for more, we have it.
