In 2005 I heard the bowls at a meditation and was hooked. I began purchasing and playing the bowls soon after. I currently own 12 frosted singing bowls of various sizes, one practitioner bowl and 3 singing pyramids all of which are used in various sound bath sessions.
A sound bath is the experience of listening to the singing bowls being played. The sound surrounds you and creates an environment of complete relaxation. The bowls can be used in specific combinations tailored to suit your personal needs. I add color to all sessions as color and sound go hand in hand to create wholeness and promote wellness.
