“You Are Not Alone” Outreach is officially coming to Oak Hill, West Virginia. ❤️
This powerful outreach effort, led by Sgt. B.J. Adkins with the Raleigh County Sheriff's Office, brings together community partners, peer support, and resources for individuals struggling with addiction, mental health challenges, homelessness, and recovery.
What makes this outreach special is simple:
People helping people.
This isn’t about judgment.
It’s about meeting people exactly where they are and connecting them with real help and real hope.

Community members are encouraged to stop by, learn about available resources, and show support for those who may be struggling.
No judgment. No questions. Just help.
