We’ve got something really special happening at the shop right now 👀✨

Massive shoutout to the insanely talented artist (Kristin- Shrimp Fried Art) behind these window paintings—if you’ve been around Fayetteville, you already know her work stops people in their tracks & now… she’s bringing that same magic to Oak Hill 🙌

Watching these windows come to life has been unreal. Every detail is intentional, creative, and just straight-up cool. She’s not just painting—she’s telling the story of what we offer here in a way that actually makes you feel it.

“You Are Not Alone” Outreach is officially coming to Oak Hill, West Virginia. ❤️

This powerful outreach effort, led by Sgt. B.J. Adkins with the Raleigh County Sheriff's Office, brings together community partners, peer support, and resources for individuals struggling with addiction, mental health challenges, homelessness, and recovery.

What makes this outreach special is simple:
People helping people.

This isn’t about judgment.
It’s about meeting people exactly where they are and connecting them with real help and real hope.

Community members are encouraged to stop by, learn about available resources, and show support for those who may be struggling.

No judgment. No questions. Just help.

If you or someone you love is struggling with addiction, mental health, or difficult life circumstances, this is a safe place to come, connect, and find support.

I am incredibly honored and grateful to be invited to attend Power In Peers training and provide 5 Needle Protocol services to this powerful group of first responders.

Programs like Power In Peers are truly paving the way for mental health in law enforcement — breaking stigma, building connection, and reminding officers they don’t have to carry everything alone. The work being done here is life-changing, and I’m thankful to witness and support it.

First responders show up for everyone else every single day. Being able to offer a space for rest, nervous system reset, and quiet healing through 5NP is a gift I don’t take lightly.

✨ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy for 5NP Sessions ✨

Hey friends! As my 5 Needle Protocol clinics continue to grow (thank you! 🤍), I need to put a simple cancellation policy in place to keep things fair for everyone.

🔹 When you book a 5NP seat, the $20 payment will be due at the time of booking.
🔹 If you need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund— as long as it’s more than 24 hours before your appointment.
🔹 Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, because I’m unable to refill that seat on such short notice.

This helps me keep the clinic running smoothly, honor everyone’s time, and prevent no-shows from taking spots others are waiting for. 💛

I appreciate your understanding so much. Small businesses thrive when everyone works together, and your support means the world to me and my family. 🌿

As we head toward a brand new year, I can’t shake the feeling that I’m being called to provide even more 5 Needle Protocol (5NP) services in 2026.

There is something powerful about creating a safe space right here in our small town—a place where people can rest, relax, reset, and genuinely heal. And I want to bring that support to as many individuals and teams as possible.

5NP can be provided right in my shop or off-site at your office, department, training, retreat, or event. Whether you’re looking to add team-building, mental wellness support, or hands-on self-regulation training, I would love to be a part of it.
