I’m a certified nutrition coach, health coach, and CrossFit level 2 trainer.

I’ve created all our recipes & meal portioning guides here at The Kitchen.

I fell in love with nutrition after having my first two children. They gave me a deeper sense of purpose when it came to feeding them, which in turn, helped me feed myself better. Now, my goal is to feed everyone better.

I had no idea what nutrition was and the benefits of it until I learned! I had the same idea of nutrition as everyone else: food = full stomach.

Then I learned food had vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that help us heal, thrive, and perform optimally.

Since then, I’ve been on a mission to help our community fall in love with real food.

Real food doesn’t mean diet food. And it doesn’t have to be bland. It can be full of flavor AND benefits.
