So today is beautiful in Chicago and this is one of the real times I get to wear my leg. Last summer I was in a wheelchair for almost the entire summer. I was driving and getting down about what I "can't do" i.e. ride a motorcycle, go for a run etc.. I am heading to LWSRA for a "HIIT" excersise program. I pull into the parking lot and watch 4 paraplegics getting out of their cars and into their wheelchairs, unassisted mind you. I was quickly humbled and instantly grateful for what I can do, not only that I am grateful for the things I do better with 1 foot than I ever did with 2.
Now onto this workout and its 70/30 if I throw up. 😅🤣
