We are happy to announce Palos Internists, S.C. is open as of June 1,2020 for all patient appointments.

Call: 708-952-0200 to schedule your appointment

To ensure the safety of our staff & patients the following measures are being implemented.

· Only 2 patient appointments per hour

· We ask that you wear a face covering during your entire visit.

· Only the patient or the patient and 1 (one) other person (caregiver, family member, translator) will be allowed into the appointment.

· We are conducting pre-appointment screening.

· On the day of your appointment, please call 708-952-0200 that you have arrived in the parking lot, we will advise you how soon before you can enter the building and enter the office for your appointment, instead of waiting in the waiting area.

· When entering the office your temperature will be taken.

· Our staff is up to date on the signs and symptoms of Covid 19.

· Exam rooms and equipment will be cleaned and sanitized before and after each patient in accordance with CDC guidelines.

· Times have been added between appointments to allow for sanitation to keep patients apart from each other and avoid high volume or density.

· Any patient or staff who were diagnosed with Covid 19 must be cleared before being seen and entering the building.

Do to the COVID 19, Palos Internists is closed and not seeing patients in an office setting until further notice.

For the safety and well being of all of our patients we are offering TELE-HEALTH APPOINTMENTS via the telephone, your smart phone or andoid in face time or google duo in the privacy of your own home, any day 7 days a week, from 11 a.m. to ????
We ask that you call the office (708-952-0200) and leave a detailed message on the answering service with your name, phone number date and time, face time or google duo. You will receive a telephone call to confirm and provide you with additional instructions.
If you have FMLA or paperwork that needs completion by Dr. Dalawari please fax to the office 708-952-0220 or Palos4647@gmail.com.

We thank you for your understanding. Pray we all get thru this. Remember social distance. Stay at home.
