"Amy works hard at making sure our residents are getting programming and entertainment. She researches months ahead of time making phone calls and emails. She takes the time for details for the monthly birthday party. Color coordinated and party favors. she takes what the residents suggest to heart and strives to make it happen." ❤️

She is also a big reason why Boutwells Landing is starting to look like a Winter Wonderland - thank you Amy! ❄️

"May goes out of her way to make sure residents are taken care of, she knows what they want & need for care. One day a resident needed to be taken to an activity and she stayed to make sure they got there and back." ❤️

Today we show our appreciation for Mary! 👏

“Mary Oswald has been at Boutwells as long as it has been standing. Her name is synonymous with Boutwells. Not only is Mary an exceptional receptionist, she also volunteers with residents and the childcare on site (That she started). The reflection of God is apparent in everything Mary does. You can see it in her smile, as she is always happy, warm, and welcoming. You can also see it in how she speaks to residents, guest and coworkers. Mary is a positive bright light at Boutwells and residents look forward to seeing her. Her love of God also shines bright with family members when their loved one has passed. She shows great compassion with just the right words to put family members at ease. Boutwells is so lucky to have Mary." ❤️
