TAKING FINAL APPLICATIONS NOW for our Middle School Skills Group beginning mid-October!

Our skills group offers to help build confidence and social skills with neurodiversity in mind. Led by Mandy Ross, LCSW, ADHD-CCSP and local school social worker.

Details:
- 9 Weeks ($450)
- All Genders
- Neuro-inclusive
- Sunday Evenings 6pm
- In Person, Oak Park

Individual consultations are required before joining to tailor the experience for each participant and ensure a good fit for the group. Email Mandy@StarksTherapyGroup.com now to register: intake consultations are happening now. We’d love to have your student with us this semester.

OCTOBER GATHERING [for mental health providers]

Sound Meditation experience / Oct 14, 7-9p

Are you a therapist who’s curious about experiential healing? Have you been hearing about the healing power of ketamine and other altered state work?

In October, we’re hosting a Sound Meditation experience as one form of (lightly) altered state experience. This gathering is for therapists only, hosted by Autumn Starks, LCSW and Richard Clark, CRNA, APRN, who also host the Ketamine Collective, a monthly safe and legal psychedelic group, plus integration for therapists to do their own healing work.

We know talk therapy alone can only take healing so far and the growing opportunities for adding holistic experiences can make our jobs and personal journeys easier.

If you are a therapist/prescriber who’s curious about psychedelic work, a soundbath is a low stakes way to try a light altered state experience with a short discussion time after. Autumn and Richard will also be there to answer any questions about ketamine therapy and the Ketamine Collective.

We love holding this space for therapists who are ready to do their own inner work in community. Fall is a natural time to turn inward, and we’d be glad to have you with us.

✨ Steps to Join:

1. Complete Payment for Med Eval and Prep - First, pay for your medical assessment ($150) and prep sessions ($160). Your payment reserves your spot.

2. Schedule with Autumn - Book a 20-minute check-in to talk through your intentions and ask any questions.

3. Review Consent Forms - We'll send over your consent and medical forms. These are simple and straightforward.

4. Meet with Rick, Our Medical Provider - Set up your appointment to make sure you're medically cleared.

5. Start Prep Sessions – Once you're through the steps above, you're all set to begin. Final payment (flexible pricing) due before Experiential day on September 27.

That’s it. Just a few steps between you and a transformative group experience.
