As a studio community, we have NEVER backed down from standing up for what is right, good, & just. I have used our studio as a platform for social justice, ensuring we do all we can to support those who need it most.

CONNECT & CREATE

This new program offering at the studio has been on my heart & brain for quite some time now, & it’s about time we get it going!

I know, with absolute certainty, we all need more time & more opportunities to create art in every & any form & to connect with others in authentic ways.

So, here we go, my friends. I am beyond excited & so very grateful to get started. Stay tuned over the next few days as we release details for our first ever Connect & Create to be held on Thursday, September 4 (psst. Mark your calendars now!).

Thank you to everyone who came to our donation class to celebrate and sustain our beautiful community.

Thank you to those who couldn’t make it out on Sunday but still contributed.

The biggest, most heartfelt thank you to Karen for offering to host this class, teach this class, and prepare food to share with those in attendance.

You know what? I don’t mind sounding like a broken record, and I will say it over and over again: this community, our community, is different. When our country is so unstable, when fear for ourselves, our loved ones, and our neighbors creeps in, when the thought of all that could come is dark, we have one another. Together, we have fought for this community, celebrated this community, and most importantly, loved one another with full and open hearts.

This is real love. This is real community. This is real yoga.
