Today we’re celebrating Melli, our incredible Front Office Coordinator, who steps up whenever the clinic needs her and brings such a positive, joyful energy to Centre. Patients and staff alike know they’re in good hands the moment they walk through the door and see Melli’s smile. And if there’s coffee nearby, she’s even happier!

We’re proud to highlight Carrie Landsman’s recent seminar at the Illinois Academy of Audiology conference.

Carrie explained to the attendees that teamwork between audiology and physical therapy plays a critical role in achieving the best outcomes for patients experiencing dizziness and balance disorders. Carrie’s presentation explored how VNG findings can be applied in outpatient physical therapy to help resolve symptoms and improve both static and dynamic balance.

And if you’re experiencing dizziness or balance concerns, Carrie is the best around so come see her at our Riverside clinic.

We had a roaring great time at our Centre post-holiday party! These “guys and dolls” make the Centre experience so special for our patients, so we had a “razzle-dazzle” night celebrating them. We think our team is the “cat’s meow.”

Welcome to the team, Alex! 🎉

We’re excited to introduce Alex, our newest Physical Therapist who is treating patients at our Riverside clinic! Alex earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from North Central College in Naperville and her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University.

Through her clinical rotations, Alex gained broad experience treating orthopedic, pelvic health, vestibular, neurological, post-operative, and chronic pain populations across a variety of settings. She also completed focused academic and clinical projects exploring conditions such as Cushing’s syndrome, secondary progressive MS, fibromyalgia, neurological rehabilitation using PNF techniques, and the benefits of physical therapy and Pilates.

Alex is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care and has pursued continuing education in pelvic health and LGBTQ+ inclusive care to better support every patient she works with.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Alex enjoying Pilates, running, lifting, and watching scary movies. 👻💪
