Catledge Concepts

Catledge Concepts Mental health practice in Oak Park, IL Hi! My name is Dionne Catledge. I have over 25 years of experience in working with children and adults.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in full time counseling and therapy practice in Oak Park, IL. Working with people is my passion not just a job. My goal as a people helper is to help you gain a greater sense of yourself and improve your skills in navigating this thing called life. While I am trained in various treatment modalities including DBT, ACT and early childhood mental health, I do not believe in scripts or in taking a cooking cutter approach to helping people. Therapy is about you and helping you meet your goals.
