Meet Pete — one of the most dedicated clients I’ve had the pleasure of coaching 💪🏼
At 73 years old, Pete came to me simply wanting to feel better and move more. No diet plan. No weight tracking. Just a commitment to consistency — and it paid off in a big way.
For over a year now, we’ve trained twice a week at Gym Unity Tamworth, and he’s gone from mild sessions to lifting heavier weights with total confidence 🔥
He continues to surprise himself and me — hitting new personal bests and never backing down from a challenge. We’ve still got more goals to reach, and I have no doubt he’ll smash every one of them 💯
