For Michie, coming back to herself is about slowing down and creating space to breathe. Through stillness, presence, and intentional pauses, she reconnects to what matters most and allows herself to move through life with more ease and clarity.
Her practice is an invitation to soften — to release tension, quiet the mind, and return to the body with compassion. It’s in these moments of exhale that we find a deeper sense of balance, both on and off the mat.
