This very-beginner-friendly class focuses on slow, intentional movement, attention to detail, and the kind of leg strength that sneaks up on you (in the best way).

Lee brings decades of martial arts wisdom—and plenty of stories—while you hold your stances, breathe, and feel the burn.
He also offers gentle guidance on sensing Chi moving through and around you… and how to share it.
