Happy Holidays friends! ❄️🎄⛄

We hope this season brings you warmth, genuine connection, and moments to take care of you.

We’re keeping December simple with just two offerings — Sovereignty Circle s on the 2nd & 16th — gentle spaces to slow down, check in with yourself, and be in community during a time that can feel fast and full. Every circle has turned into a deep, soulful conversation, reminding us how deeply connected we are, even on our own sovereign paths.

More offerings will return in January! If you’re interested in teaching or sharing something with the community next year, we’d love to hear from you.

🧘 A Mindfulness Moment | Nov 11 | 6:30–7:30 PM
Take a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Explore gentle mindfulness tools for emotional balance and nervous system regulation. Come as you are—hot tea provided. ☕

🌿 Sovereignty Circle | Nov 18 | 6:30–8 PM
A biweekly space to pause, reflect, and be witnessed in your authenticity. No fixing, no judgment—just deep listening, truth-telling, and compassionate presence in community.

🍵 Tea with a Healer- Safety & The Space to Heal | Nov 20 | 6:30–8 PM
Join Meade of Renewed Spirit Healing for a heart-centered conversation on Safety and the Space to Heal. Together, we’ll explore what true safety means after trauma and how to create environments that nurture healing.

🎨Huge thank you to local artist Kon Kyzer for leading an awesome Halloween-themed art night! Participants learned step-by-step how to sketch and watercolor a spooky crow and pumpkin.

Art isn’t just fun, it’s powerful. It helps us release stress, build confidence, and reconnect with that creative spark so many of us forget we have.
