🎨Huge thank you to local artist Kon Kyzer for leading an awesome Halloween-themed art night! Participants learned step-by-step how to sketch and watercolor a spooky crow and pumpkin.

Art isn’t just fun, it’s powerful. It helps us release stress, build confidence, and reconnect with that creative spark so many of us forget we have.

We are so excited to get into the spooky spirit, learn a new skill, and enjoy the mental health benefits of creativity with local artist Kon Kyzer later this month!

Spooky Art Class- For Adults Sunday October 19th | 6-8pm

Mentorship is all about sharing the skills and wisdom we have gained to better people's lives and we are so happy to have Kon share her artistic talent with the community. If you didn't know, Kon was the interior designer who helped with our new space AND she is so kindly finishing our tree mural for us.

The Sovereignty Circle is a place where participants agree to show up in their authenticity to stop the clock, check in with their full being, and see what needs to shift in their lives.

It’s a place where everyone present agrees to accept and hold whatever energy comes, to be courteous and attentive listeners, and to express freely whatever needs to be moved through in their own lives.

It is at once casual and deeply spiritual. It is a subtle work, and it is also one of the greatest and most often overlooked processes in our Western World.

Come be still, be real, and be witnessed as a sovereign being who is forging a unique life path.

We will meet you there in reciprocity and love.
