It’s World Immunization Week, and we have a question for you. 👋 When did you last check if your vaccines were up to date?

Most adults don’t realize there are several vaccines recommended throughout life, not just in childhood. Shingles, pneumonia, RSV, and updated COVID and flu shots are all important for adults, especially as we get older.

The good news is you don’t have to make a special appointment or go to a clinic. Just stop by Munsey Pharmacy during our regular hours and we’ll take care of you! It takes about 15 minutes and could make a real difference.

Compounding is when our pharmacists create a medication that’s customized specifically for you. A different strength, a different form like a cream or liquid instead of a pill, or without certain dyes or preservatives that cause reactions.

It’s not something most chain pharmacies can do. But we can!

Some of the most common reasons patients come to us for compounding:
👉A standard dose that isn’t working well enough.
👉An allergy to an ingredient in a commercial medication.
👉A medication that’s been discontinued.
👉Trouble swallowing pills (we can make it a liquid or topical instead!).
