This evening is our second sensory night. It is from 6-8 and one sensory needs person and a caregiver can come in free. We are located at 629 Granite Road in Clinton, Tn.

Registration for the Fall Forever His camp for ages 12 and under is now open!

Each camper will have 1-2 buddies to stay with them for all activities and attend to any personal/medical needs they may have. They will have physicians, RN's, OT, SLP, and plenty of experienced, loving volunteers!

Activities will include sensory Bible story room, crafts, scavenger hunt, bounce house, outdoor activities, black light carnival game room, and a few special surprises!

They currently have plenty of room for new campers, so please spread the word to anyone with a moderate/severe disability who might enjoy a super fun day of "going camping!"

Tennessee State Parks now offers adult-sized changing tables at six parks as part of our efforts to increase accessibility for all visitors. We want to make our state parks the most accessible in the country, and this is an important step forward.

I am so proud of this whole family. They prove every day what can happen when you someone has motivation, goals, support, and the desire to grow. And the ripple effect....yes, Ally...you are making a difference in so many more lives! Love you all.

At 7 years old, Allyson Kafka wanted to participate in gymnastics, but with her Autism (which includes poor motor coordination, ADHD, and a speech disorder) her parents didn’t know if there were programs to meet her needs. A 12-year journey began when they found Chattooga Gymnastics and later, at Tampa Bay Rhythmics, Ally and her mom were able to start a program for other girls with special needs. Allyson has attended numerous HUGS competitions through the years in both Artistic and Rhythmic gymnastics – moving through the levels of Rhythmic HUGS and into the XCEL program. She is currently transitioning from an athlete to a Unified Partner and Coach in training, helping others achieve their goals and enjoy all the positive experiences she has enjoyed in gymnastics. She hopes to have her own program one day to continue giving individuals with special needs the same opportunity she was given.
