• Schedule four to five business tours
• Practice informational interviews
• Facilitate job shadows
• Educate on work incentives

Last week, Anna Moore, VP of Children’s Services, along with leaders Tiffani, Karen, and Brittany, attended the Level Up Conference for Conscious Discipline. Their goal? To strengthen our commitment to evidence-based practices that support the social and emotional development of the children we serve every day.

Conscious Discipline is an adult-first, trauma-responsive methodology that integrates resilience, self-regulation, healthy school culture, and brain-based discipline practices to promote critical early childhood development.

We are so proud of our Children’s Services leadership team for continuing to learn, grow, and bring back tools that support safe, nurturing, and joyful environments for our children!
