Our Wednesday Happy Hour is definitely one of favorite activities. We laugh, dance, sing, clap our hands to the beat and share sweet memories. The smiles are on everyone’s faces and the fellowship helps ward off isolation and depression, in addition to being physically moving, keeping with the beat and having the brain recall memories. It is a great activity all around.

HAPPY 100th birthday Stella! We were grateful to celebrate Stella’s 100th birthday with her family and friends. The City of Oak Ridge recognized her with the declaration of Stella Kelly Day. Stella has an amazing life story and loves to share her stories with others. Thank you to Stella’s family for letting us honor and care for her. She truly is an amazing person.
