Was massaging a client about a month ago and my cat Nike kept running over the back of the couch and out the window to his catio. All of a sudden he froze on the back of the couch, ears flattened and crouched, just peeking over the windowsill at something. I moved to the end of the massage table so I could catch a look and there was this doe munching on the new growth of one if my roses. I asked her if she was eating my rose and she just kept on chewing then moved further into the yard. When we finished about 20 minutes later there she was in my raised bed munching on basil, kale and chard! Looks like she is pregnant or just got a good start for winter so I didn't begrudge her sharing my abundance! It was a really fun moment and we haven't seen her since.. I say we haven't seen her bc she came back that night and finished the rose leaves and buds and when my sister in law got home about 9pm she heard something rush by her and then the chain link fence rustle on the far side of the yard. And we heard her exclaim as she ran out of sight Merry Christmas to ALL and to All a good night! 💚❤️🎄✨️😂😃🦌

I specialize in a pain-free, orthopedic/sports massage which is surprisingly relaxing, very effective in balancing out your muscle groups, improving range of motion and restructuring your posture. When your muscles are in balance, your posture and mobility are restored. I can help you with headache/migraine, neck, shoulder, and back pain as well as frozen shoulder, hip rotator problems, carpal tunnel, sciatica, foot problems.... I'm also certified in Prenatal Massage , Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Swedish and more. I love the James Waslaski technique for orthopedic/sports massage and loving the fact that it integrates so well with relaxation while effectively correcting musculoskeletal imbalances or postural problems.As western medicine is slowly learning, massage is a very effective tool in improving health, maintaining our immune systems, improving circulation, reducing stress, anxiety and tension; it can lower blood pressure, increase energy and concentration, reduce fatigue, lessens depression and effects every system of the body.
