7AM - 9AM--- Monday, Wednesday, & Friday

Water Aerobics:
9:30AM---Monday-Wednesday-Friday
4:00PM—-Tuesday and Thursday
11AM-4:00PM---Monday thur Friday--Water Walking

Yoga:
5:30pm—Monday and Wednesday

SPECIAL Events & Activities:
11AM Thursday--- Free Diabetes Exercise

FREE Aquatic Senior Time:
1:30pm-3:00pm Tuesday and Friday

We love the Circle Group🫶🏼

At today’s Circle Event our Marketing Coordinator Staci Dauzat spoke to the group about local up coming events and the Community Resource Guide. Our members also enjoyed bingo along with refreshments that were provided by the hospital.

Join us for a good time at our next Circle meeting on December 4th. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month at 10:00AM.
