Mrs. Bobbie lived 92 wonderful years full of strength, grace, and determination. She amazed us all by faithfully attending water aerobics three times a week—proof of her vibrant spirit and love for life. Our sweet Mrs. Bobbie will be deeply missed but always remembered with smiles!

Congratulations to the eight organizations that were awarded The Rapides Foundation’s 2026 Youth Volunteer Summer Service Program Grants.
The Rapides Foundation’s Youth Volunteer Summer Service Grant helps organizations in the Foundation’s nine-parish service area fund community-based service opportunities during summer months for students ages 11 to 18. The Youth Volunteer Summer Service Grant is part of the Foundation’s Social Environment Initiative.
