Well, I tend to attract likeminded folks. People who know happiness is found in appreciating the little things. People who can grab a fresh box of soap, look at the ingredients, the swirls in the soap, the scent and get excited knowing love and care was used in its making. People who freely admit that just a bar of soap can make them smile. It’s the little things. Those are my people. 💚

Twisted Unicorn was part of my Five Dollar Fugly Soap Series that didn’t, actually, turn out ugly. 🤪

This sweet older lady came to my door this afternoon with a bunch of supplies in a bucket. She told me her late husband had thought about getting into soap making and had gathered these supplies but never got around to it. She said she saw my soap selling sign outside and figured I could put them to use. How sweet is that?!

So I’m going to make soap out of this organic oil blend (sunflower, safflower, palm, coconut, and castor), scent it with the essential oils included (lavender & patchouli), and give it out as a free gift with my orders.

This morning I started out a new mantra towards life: “how good can you get?” I’m amused by the answer. 🥰
