Affinity Skilled Living and Rehabilitation Center, is one of Long Island’s newest and most progressive 280 bed residential health and rehabilitation facilities. Affinity is situated in the lovely neighborhood of Oakdale, Long Island. In addition to offering state of the art rehabilitative, medical and complex medical care in comfortable, spacious surroundings, Affinity’s professional and compassionate staff members provide round the clock skilled nursing services to all of our customers.
