This principle can be seen in action in positive & negative ways.
If you "train" your body to have a static, crunched posture while sitting at a desk (think I look like a T Rex), then that's what it will do. If you train to be able to swim faster, then that's what it will do.

Massage can be important to help press reset buttons during the process of training for what you want and correcting what you don't.
