Mission Statement:
My mission as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to treat every individual according to his or her specific needs. Each session is customized to meet those needs by integrating various modalities of massage such as; Swedish massage, myofascial release, Active Isolated Stretching, and Post Isometric Stretching into each session. I am committed to my personal growth and continuing education as a massage therapist and to working together with my clients to promote their education and participation in this powerful self-healing process. What Drives Me:
The targeted persons are simply people who are trying to still live their life doing the daily activities they love. The people who work all day and want to still be able to play with their kids after work, go bowling in the winter, and play on a softball league in the summer. These people want to be able to do these things in a pain free body but need to take care of that very same body they demand so much from. The country has had a major swing in how we view the foods we eat. The old portion sizes and idea of “super-size it” have gone out the window. We now know static stretching is safer for your body than ballistic stretching. The over all views of getting healthy and staying healthy have changed so much in a positive direction that its time for people to look at massage as a tool they can use to maintain that healthy lifestyle. We believe that once a person is educated on the benefits of a monthly massage they will use it along with healthy choices to maintain a happy lifestyle.
