I will no longer check this page for messages or otherwise. I am taking a sabatical from performing healing services through the end of 2022. Once I know the next incarnation of my healing work, I will put one post here to redirect anyone that finds this page. Remember to choose kindness. I am so grateful to have been able to host the enhancing prayer meditation with essential oils class tonight at Unity Church of Pompano Beach. Thank you to everyone who came out and got to go home with their free customized aromatherapy gift! It's a blessing to share the oils with all of you.

I'm so honored I got the opportunity this afternoon to support my friend and help raise awareness for su***de prevention by holding up signs she made in Boca at the corner of Glades & Dixie.

I am a survivor of my own su***de attempt back in 2005. I'm currently rebuilding life after of my husband, Judd's, and father Sam's su***des back in 2016. I fully believe there is always hope for a brighter tomorrow because the rise out of depression/grief/sadness is inevitable. We were made for joy and love.

I held the sign "The world is much better with you in it" and another with the national hotline number on it. I got alot of thumbs ups, waves and beeps as cars drove by. It brightens my heart to think it could have helped just one person in the 129 minutes we were out there.
