Our Story
Dr. Bob Easton, a South Florida native, is a solo professional practitioner in the greater Fort Lauderdale since 1982.
Bob has served as President of the Broward County Optometric Association, the Florida Optometric Association, and the Association of Regulatory Boards in Optometry. Governor Bush appointed Dr. Easton for two terms on the Florida Board of Optometry.
Dr. Easton is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. Easton is Professional Achievement Award winner from the UCF College of Sciences. Bob currently serves on the UCF College of Sciences Dean’s Executive Council and as Faculty for the UCF College of Medicine and the NSU College of Optometry. Dr. Easton is a Diplomate in the American Board of Optometry and a Broward College Hall of Distinction Alumni.
In his spare time, Bob continues training in kickboxing. Bob has a 1st Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Bob recently served as the President for his 155 member Rotary Club. Bob has been married since 1983 to Gloria, she serves as the Optician in the practice. His son, Rob, is doing a residency in anesthesiology and his daughter, Linda, is currently an R.N. at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Fl.
