Feeling that stiff neck? I've got a quick, super dope stiff neck relief technique to share with you! All you need is something to sit back against. I actually tried this in my car during traffic yesterday, but today it's the door. You can use a wall, too - wherever you are, this works!

Give it a shot, shake off that tension, and enjoy the rest of your day stiff neck free. Hope this helps!

Burnout isn’t a rite of passage. It’s a signal.

After 19 years in practice as a fascial stretch therapist and two burnouts, I learned that foam rolling protects your body, empowers your clients, and supports a career that is not limited to table hours alone.

This is about longevity.
And creating space for new ways your expertise can generate income.

Shin splints? Tight ankles? Lower leg tension after sitting all day?

You probably haven’t released your tibialis anterior (front of the shin).

Keep your hips LOW.
Shift just outside the shin bone.
Glide forward and back slowly.

Then pause on a tender spot and move your foot — flex, point, rotate.
Sway your knee and chest slightly like you’re pinning the tissue and moving the structure around it.

Two minutes here can seriously improve ankle mobility and blood flow.

You’re tight here. You just don’t know it yet.

Follow for more foam rolling tips and save this for later or send it to your running buddy!

Glute release for hip pain and lower back tension | Myofascial Release Part 6 of 8

If you sit all day and feel tight hips, sore glutes, or low back discomfort, this tennis ball glute release can help.

Using two tennis balls against a wall distributes pressure more evenly—great if you’re sensitive.
Sway slowly side to side.
Stand taller to reach lower glute tissue.
Sit deeper to reach higher hip muscles.

Spend 2 minutes per side. Breathe… then move on.

👉 Save this for later or repost 🔁 to support a body that sits a lot.

Nervous system regulation and somatic exercise are the missing pieces if you struggle to relax during massage or bodywork.

If you catch yourself bracing, helping, or holding your body “just right,” you’re not doing anything wrong. You’re in control mode, and that makes it almost impossible for the body to truly receive care.

After long days of sitting, working, and managing everything, surrender doesn’t come easily. That’s where Release Technique comes in.

Slow, intentional foam rolling teaches your nervous system that it’s safe to soften. Not force. Not fix. Just receive.

I created a free Release Evening Ritual Guide to help you practice this at night. It’s an audio-based somatic foam rolling ritual paired with healing music by my brother , creating a full meditative, sound bath–like experience to help your system truly downshift.

Comment “Guide” and I’ll send you the free Release Evening Ritual Guide so you can fully surrender and experience deeper relaxation in your next massage session.

Be honest. Do you find it hard to fully let go and receive bodywork?

Jaw tight. Teeth clenching. Face holding stress you didn’t even notice.
That tension doesn’t live in just one spot. It settles under the jaw, down the neck, into the SCM, cheeks, and temples.

This reel shows a gentle place to start so your jaw can soften and your nervous system can finally exhale.

Want the full release?
I teach a 30-minute Jaw Relief Masterclass for TMJ support and facial ease. Pay once. Keep it forever.

💬 Comment “JAW” and I’ll send you the full Jaw Relief class.

Did you know jaw tension connects to the neck and chest?
