We send our honey off for testing for pollen sources each year and just got these back. We only take from one hive so results vary from hive to hive and time of year. This way people can see that our honey is real raw honey with no alterations or additives.

Honey harvest has started and is for sale $15 for a 12oz jar. Raw unfiltered honey. The bees tell us its ready but we double check by testing all of our honey batches for water content to prevent fermentation. We also dont use any chemicals on our farm. We also send out yearly samples of our honey out for testing. While supplies last but we will continue to harvest more on and off while we can over the next few weeks.
