I leveled up to Level 2 completing and passing Level 2- Gottman Method Couples Therapy training. Now available for couples! Possessing a neurospicy brain ( ADHD), studying and passing a neurotypical standardized test, returns me to my half-ass B student experience in high school and university. If I had dollar for every time a teacher or professor commenting on a test result and or a paper I turned in, looked at me like the dog from the RCA Victor logo and stated
“You seem intelligent.”,
I’d be a rich man. Even now with my knowledge, training and experience, content based learning, and standardized testing is daunting for me. However, channeling the mantra ‘give over to the experience' allowed me to drill down on the content, the hours of videos, the old school binder and so on, and pass.

Finding affordable mental health counseling can be challenging. I see many client for 30 dollars an hour through Open Path, a collective of mental health clinicians committed to offering affordable counseling.

Open Path connects clients in need with mental health professionals who offer affordable therapy for $40-70 per session.

The supervisor works with Steven Karwoski to help develop their clinical skills and to ensure that they are providing quality care to you as the client. Steven Karwoski is also currently working towards receiving their Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Meridian University.

Steven approaches life, relationships, parenting and connecting others with the mantra ‘Meet people where they are.

As a neurodivergent he identifies as jazz handsy, a person who thinks outside the box but is always looking for a box to fit in. He brings many years of teaching both in the US and within European international schools.

Born and raised in a working class neighborhood in Philadelphia, then tempered within northern California, Steven offers direct and honest and sometimes humorous engagement combined with a mindful holding space with others.
