Nurturing Parenting Classes for Young Parents 21 and Under

Hello young parents 21 and under! Family Paths has nurturing parenting classes for young parents that runs for 10 weeks. Young parents that are eligible must reside in or attend schools in Alameda, Oakland, or Piedmont. Classes will begin from October 21st, 2025, to December 23rd, 2025. Classes can be attended via in-person or on Zoom from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Michael Lewis, CPDPE, NPP will be the facilitator that utilizes an evidence-based interactive curriculum. Upon completion of the course, there will be a certification given and a $500 gift card.

Do your children entering Kindergarten or 1st grade need an oral health screening done for their school applications? Come to Telegraph WIC on July 18th to get it done! The Alameda County Office of Dental Health will be onsite to provide screenings and help you complete the necessary paperwork.
