Since our founding in 1999, our goal has been to raise the profile and priority of non-surgical musculoskeletal health with local hospitals, schools and the general public, while encouraging a collaborative, multi-disciplinary care model in the orthopedic community. College students: curious about a future in healthcare? HIP is a four-week summer experience for students who want meaningful, real-world exposure to healthcare careers through clinical shadowing, mentorship, and guided reflection.

From July 7โ€“31, students will shadow licensed clinicians in real care settings, observe different healthcare roles, and gain insight into paths such as nursing, medicine, physician assistant studies, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and more.
