Hannah joined Mountain Laurel Medical Center in 2026 as a Physician Assistant. She is nationally board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed to practice in Maryland. Hannah earned her Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2015, and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2017, both from West Liberty University. During her training, she served as Community Outreach Chair and participated in medical missions to Haiti, experiences that fostered her commitment to community service. Prior to joining Mountain Laurel Medical Center, Hannah practiced for seven years at Saweikis Family Medicine in Keyser, WV. She is thankful for the opportunity to continue providing patient-centered care to the community that she has come to know and love. Hannah resides in Cumberland, Maryland with her husband, Tim, and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, and reading.

Nicki joined Mountain Laurel in August 2025. Nicki is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a Garrett County native and grew up on a dairy farm in Accident, MD. Nicki obtained her Associates in Nursing from Allegany College in 2016. Continuing her education through Chamberlain University she obtained her BSN in 2018. Her nursing career includes critical care float at Mon General and WVU Ruby, emergency department and med/surg floor at Garrett Regional Medical Center, Garrett County school nurse for one year, long term care at Goodwill Retirement Community, and home health while pursuing her Masters degree. Nicki is a graduate from Chamberlain University with her MSN – Family Nurse Practitioner degree in June 2025. Nicki lives in Grantsville with her husband and youngest bonus son. In her spare time she enjoys being outside with her multitude of animals, reading, and attending local sport events.

The Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) is a model for the delivery of primary health care in an office setting that is becoming widely implemented across the country as a means to build a reliable primary health care system that delivers accessible, affordable and high-quality health care.
The Patient Centered Medical home provides Comprehensive and Coordinated Care. PCMH strives to meet the majority of each patient’s physical and mental health care needs, including prevention and wellness, acute care and chronic care.
