This Autumn I’m offering a massage special that will include a full body flowing oil massage in addition to hot stones & a short crystal bowl sound bath at the end of the session. All intended to support a feeling of release, relaxation & dropping in deeper.
Plus I’ll create & use a special essential oil blend that’s supportive for this season.
These add ons are of course optional & the session will still be tailored to what feels best for you in the moment. I also offer as add ons: Cupping, Hot oil scalp massage, Abdominal massage, Deep Tissue & more.

Session prices:
60 minutes: $95
75 minutes: $115
90 minutes: $135
120 minutes: $155

As part of the Autumn special I’m gifting everyone that comes in for a session with a handmade seasonal salve or an extra 15 minutes of massage with hot stones, your choice.

I’m offering $15 off to new clients.

✨☀️Summer Special🐝

I’m offering a massage special all Summer!

My Summer special includes a blend of techniques I’ve been trained in to support you in feeling relaxed & energized. This blend of techniques will include Thai massage stretches, flowing relaxation massage, therapeutic massage, cupping & supportive acupressure for the summer season. These techniques support circulation, lymph flow, energy flow, nervous system relaxation & easing of restrictions in the muscles & fascia.
I’ll use a cooling rose essential oil blend & an organic body oil.

The Summer special includes one of two options I’d like to gift you. Either you can receive an optional free add-on of a 30 minute body scrub(a $55 value). The scrub is an organic handmade aromatic sugar scrub. Body scrubs can help support circulation, lymph flow & remove dead skin cells revealing the softer skin underneath.
OR, you can receive a handmade organic herbal salve.

Bodywork session rates:

Hi everyone! I’m offering a special through the end of March:

It includes a nourishing warm oil Massage (with included Hot Stones if desired) with a homeade herb infused body oil. It also includes the addition of a Free half hour body scrub add-on(a $55 value).

The scrub I’ll use is a homemade shea butter Himalayan pink salt scrub with organic essential oils.
Body scrubs help to exfoliate & moisturize the skin, plus support circulation, detoxification, stress relief & are invigorating to recieve.

Welcoming anyone who'd like to come for a bodywork session with me at Sierra mind body wellness here in Grass Valley.
My Winter bodywork special will be a blend of relaxation massage with warm oil, hot stones, cupping & crystal bowl sound bath. Essential oils used will be Rose & Blue Lotus.
If wished for you'll receive a cup of blue lotus tea at the end of the session.

Additionally, Integrative sessions are always a possibility & can include Thai yoga massage, flowing relaxation massage, deep tissue, energy work, cupping, gua sha & hot stones.
