This happened yesterday. Long story short, she's doing better. Dehydration addressed. We definitely freaked out when vomiting & diarrhea continued after two hours... P**p and diarrhea are good, but after 3 times find a way to slow it down. P**p helps remove the bad stuff festering inside of us. PLEASE DRINK WATER! Drinking water also helps flush things out. DO IT! **p

It gets challenging at snack time but I weigh out my consequences. As we get older, it gets harder for our body to heal us. Adding more challenges like this will definitely slow down any positive results to heal. Do you think your body is ready for any more challenges? 🤔
