This is what we mean by Comprehensive Postpartum Care:

1.Check ups from your midwives everyday your in the hospital

2. A home visit from a lactation consultant and RN in first week

3. Phone call check-ins from your midwife in the first week

4. 1-hour in-office visit with your midwife at 2-3 weeks

5. 1/2 hr in-office visit with your midwife at 6 weeks

6. Lactation Clinic every Tuesday

7. 4th Trimester Support Groups

8. Parenting Groups for older babies

9. Therapeutic Postpartum Mental Health Check-Ups

10. Annual gatherings and events to stay connected 🍁

I also wanted to send a heartfelt thanks. I know her birth wasn't what we planned but you all did a great job in preparing me for the possibilities, and during the pivotal moments of labor I always felt supported. She came into this world exactly how she was supposed to, and I'm so glad you were all there to help her, and me, do so safely. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you. “
