Alchemical Movement Weekly Class
FRIDAYS @ 9am on Zoom

Immerse yourself in breath powered movement to strengthen, stretch, and release tension and stress.

Alchemical movement interlaces asana (yoga postures)and some of the other limbs of Yoga, lymphatic and self acupressure, some aerobic actions, and functional movement, guided by breath.

We’ll center, we’ll explore, and we’ll stay focused on our breathing and alignment to keep it safe. No props needed, the only weight we’ll be lifting is our body weight!

This 60 minute class meets weekly and is ideal for those with some movement experience. Attend one class, or attend each week.

Important Updates for Alchemy Healers -
