There are still a few spots open for my upcoming Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Retreat in Northern California March 27 - Match 29, 2026.

The theme is : Rebirth & Rising - Kundalini Yoga & Meditation for New Beginnings & Inner Power. I chose this theme last fall and it couldn't seem more appropriate for myself and so much of what is happening in the world as people are waking up and desiring to create new ways of living that could be more peaceful, equitable and humane for all.
